Remote file URL plus login

It would be very handy to be able to have an option to copy the URL plus the login in details to the clipboard from the popup menu when in the Remote file section.

For example the remote file is call example.txt and the login details where guest and welcome for the password, the URL of the the remote file would be;

ftp://guest:welcome@www.example.com/example.txt

Already requested. Implemented when time allows if the dev chooses to do so.

Note that user/password embedding in URIs is bad security practice, so will probably not be how the system works or how it works by default.
