i downloaded my plugins in my server. My server is down

I got several messages:
1/ could not load"c\documents and settings\application\fle zilla\queue.xml, pls make sure the file is valid and can be accessed.

2/ i used filezilla client: i got this message

3/2/ i used filezilla server(window): i got this message

i downloads many wordpress plugins today. Somehow, my server is disconneted.
I have tried to do cleaning up my DNS and browser cache
