Can't find public_html

#1 Post by mjs50911 » 2010-02-17 20:09

I have used Filezilla for several years. Now, somehow, the public_html is not showing up on my remote sites. i have uninstalled and wiped clean anything Filezille and reinstalled. Still no public_html. I have configured my file manager to include this at the advanced portion of my configuration and it is still not showing up. consequently, my pages aren't loading. Anyone have any suggestions? I have written and written the contact email and no reply. I can't find it here on the message board.

Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated

Unless you have filename filters enabled (disable all filters and then refresh the listings), the problem is on the server side. Wait for an answer from them.
