File will not upload

Changed out photo on a webpage, and it will not upload? I right click and hit upload. I drag it, and the original file is still there. As a result I have a black opening on my page.
How do I solve this? I even deleted original file on the right, and still when I upload the same file shows up. When I check the page (not online) it's fine. Please help with this.
