newbie needs help please index.html problem

Huh? The first file you want to load should be named index.html or index.htm - if it is missing simply create in on your PC and upload it like the other files.

If you already have web files, simply name the site that should load first index.html or index.htm - browsers try to load a file with that name first.

Otherwise, use your favorite HTML editor, create your page and save it as index.htm(l)
