error 404 and forbidden. need help badly

I am newbie.I tried to view my website but so far had no luck. this apper every time i try to view it.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

Most probably not to the correct place. Look for a directory named public_html, www, htdocs, inetpub or similar.

Thank a million for the the reply. I will try to upload my website foulder under public_html, and to confirm I did it correctly just look under the public_html and all my website is under there. Is this correct

Website files in public_html sounds OK. Has your website an index document - index.html or index.htm?

I did index.html but still no luck in viewing my website. How long will I able to view my website if I do everything correctly?

If you created an index.html document (please check, it must be ALL lowercase!), you should see the changes right away, unless 1. your host has a delay before you see changes, or 2. it dictates another index document name (via .htaccess or server directive for example). So you should search for a FAQ on your hoster's website, it may explain possible deviations from the web standards.
