Critical File Transfer error

hi

im trying to make a basic webpage but am getting this eror when im uploading it casn anyone helkp.

Status: Starting upload of C:\Users\Sadisa\Documents\index.htm
Command: PASV
Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (94,136,40,103,67,63)
Command: STOR index.htm
Response: 550 index.htm: Permission denied
Error: Critical file transfer error

You do not have enough permissions to upload to that location. You need to contact the server administrator.
