transfer files to webid site not working

when i transfer files to my admin panel in webid the files seem to transfer fine but when I upload them I receive this error

I am not sure if there is something I am doing wrong during the transfer because when I down load the files from webid themes they show up on my computer with sub-files inside,so I unzip them and load them into filezilla client and there they also with all files inside but not when I transfer them they show up empty in my admin panel in webid or atleast thats what the aera says

Different character case in filenames? Most web servers are case-sensitive.

If it really is this problem, make sure to always reference filenames using their actual character case.
