how do I know the URL for my FTP site?

I work with a MAC my client is requesting that I send the URL for the site. Is that the same as my FTP Server Name ?Probably a dumb question but I could really use some help?

If (s)he wants the website URL, you must give the one you would use in a browser. The FTP URL is the one you have to use in FileZilla (Hostname).

these are usually emailed to you with the ftp server, username and password.

Depending on the server is usually your host name then /~ and then your account username

That's the home directory, not the URL, the URL would be the address of the website you put in to your browser to navigate! :)
