I try to get a mp3 file working as a background sound

it works in my computor .but not when I'm online.
it's a quite big file 63 MB so i have tried both with the whole file and with uploading it encrypt
but it doesn't work?

the file is made by me...I read somewhere that you had to have a certificate to prove
that you don't use copyright material

Please do me a pleasure don´t use a mp3 as background musik and it´s very big 64mb think about the people what are going mobile in he internet.

I think it´s better using a mp3 flash player so that people can stop the musik!

And please remember MP3 is not an ''open'' format AFAIK, browser cannot play it natively. Also many people (including me) do not like sound in websites at all, especially auto-playing, non-mutable content.
