I have uploaded a few pages of my web site and they are all active and viewable. But I can only see my second and third page by having a link from the first page.
I cannot see them when I type in the address bar http://www.example.com/ secondpage.html. Why is this?

1. Use the exact name, case is important.
2. The example you posted contains a non-encoded whitespace. That's not allowed.
