safe mode restriction

SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 2039149 is not allowed to access /membri/.dummy/temp owned by uid 500 in /membri/webookclassinrete/wp-content/plugins/wp-filebase/extras/getid3/getid3.php on line 22
What should I do to resolve this problem?

Could disable safe mode.
