403 Forbidden

I've uploaded numerous files and only get this message once in a while.

I've put several photo files in a folder and uploaded the folder. When I try to download the folder I get a message telling me I don't have permission to access the file on this server. This is not the only file I'm having problems with. I can open the folder within FileZilla and see the images.

Any ideas?

If everything is accessible from FileZilla, the problem is not FTP-related. Maybe there are permission or path-/filename problems on the HTTP server (everything is case sensitive there)?
