How to find with Filezilla all pages of my website in Google

Hello, all! I have big problem woth my wordpress website..It does have too many pages in Google index..In real there are 160 pages on the website..But in Google over 800 pages..Well, the problem is i can't find all this stuff..And one guy told me that i should use Filezilla to detact all this pages..How do i start to find bad pages of my website using this tool???

FTP and websites have nothing in common. Websites are provided by HTTP servers, not FTP servers.
