Need help to edit text in a logo

I need to edit text of one of my logo website, casual hookup, is it possible to do it with any software?
If yes, how to do it, i try with paint but doesn't work.
The logo in question is the anonymous one.

P.s: I need full tutorial on how to do it cause it's been a full 3 days without success.
