Hi ,
Can any body please tell me how I can transfer some files which is in my office to another office that is in different location through FTP filezilla can any body please help to find a solution to this.

If you want to use FTP to transfer files, one of the locations must run an FTP server. Having an FTP server at a third location doubles the amount of data to be transferred.
When the FTP server runs and is accessible, you just connect to it using FileZilla or any other FTP client and transfer your files.

Put the files on a pen drive and walk round with it

or create a common folder and use like box or google drive that always keeps those folders sync'd up.

Just upload them to your server using filezilla , then log in from the next computer using proper ftp credentials O_o
You cant do it if you don't have a server, or if you don't have internet access (or access from one client to the other). You can however use a flashdrive
