Does anybody know how to write a Rich Snippet for my word press website or perhaps would be happy to give me a basic template that I could simply insert my message or keywords into.

I have spent alot of time looking at the google webmaster examples and others, but I keep on getting the code/rich snippet displaying on my actual website - very frustrating.
