Need some help with html of my website

I don't have much knowledge of html.
I have having a problem.
In my blog <URL not allowed> you can see the newer posts,older posts and home page buttons.
The coding is okay...But these buttons are not well aligned.
I mean I want to shift these buttons to proper places.what to do???

Try to use <div> and style .css

Use the divs and align with this commands:
- margin
- float
- position
- z-index

You know css?
