need help finding the index.html file

Hi guys/girls. New to this web developing stuff. I have been told by the Crazy Domains tech team that i need to delete some stuff in my index.html file...
I dont have a index.html file but i have a index.php file...... can someone help me?

'index.php' does serve the same purpose as 'index.html', so go ahead.
