Got a redirect loop after making a minor file transfer

Hi folks,

I updated my site today via Filezilla. I added two different images to a number of my site's folders in .png format. Upon doing this, I could no longer access the site because of a redirect loop. No one else can either. I only added these two images and made zero updates to my site's html or css. Now the site's URL repeats over and over in the URL bar.

Since this happened, I've removed these images, uploaded a previous version of the site from my backup and tried various other remedies. No matter what i've done, the redirect loop issue is still there.

I realize this may not be something having to do with Filezilla, but it's the only thing left that I can think of since no code was updated, folder structure is still the same and nothing critical was deleted.

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, or what could be causing it, I would be extremely grateful. Thank you!
