After transferring my file via filezilla , I am getting error in my site like
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Can any one help me to resolve this

Try to 1: clear your browser's cache, 2: delete your browser's cookies, 3: Then restart the browser again.

And did you transfer the file to the right folder?
Typical from root folder: /httpdocs/
