Cannot connect to server Timeout

I haven't been on FileZilla for ages and ages (probably over a year) and I ham having problems connecting to server. When I opened FileZilla it asked me to update so I did, the version is now 3.9.0.6.
I am using windows 7 version 6.1 32 bit

I put it what I believe are my details into the Quickconnect boxes

I have tried leaving the Username and password blank ( if it needs a username and password I am stuck because I can not remember them)
Port: tried 21 and blank


Nothing seem to make any difference I keep getting the following messages

Connection attempt failed with "ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out".
Could not connect to server

I do not know how to resolve this issue and am getting frustrated

I have even tried using Site manager with the same results
I have also tried turning FIREWALL off no difference

Please can you help as I need to update my website.
