Hi,
I am a beginner webmaster. I have my own website that does not have a RWD, and i would like to create on localhost responsive theme for this website but i don't know Is there any alternative to the bootstrap? I do not like bootstrap, maybe there is something better I can use?

ps. why in this formu size of avatar are ,,The avatar’s filesize must be between 0 and 6 KiB.'' It's so small size
