Files will work on MAC but not PC (on my website)

I used filezilla to upload several instructional videos. When people go to my website and try and watch the videos they have no problem if they are on a MAC .

If they are on a PC or Android, they get the message "error loading content"

Any thoughts on how I can make the videos show on all platforms through filezilla?

Is your server properly configured? Please test it on https://ftptest.net/

Hi,

This is what I get when I do that?

"Your server is working and assorted routers/firewalls have been correctly configured for explicit FTP over TLS as performed by this test. However there have been warnings about compatibility issues, not all users will be able to use your server.
For maximum compatibility, consider resolving these warnings."

I know it will work on MAC, but not PC :-/

Which FTP client are you using on Windows?

I'm using GoDaddy hosting, and use filezilla. I use a MAC though to do all of my work. Not sure if that's affecting anything.

I see. So you have posted in the wrong subforum.

So this isn't an issue with FileZilla, as you can transfer files just fine. There's something wrong with the files you are transferring though. Note that we cannot help you with the contents of your files.

Hm. Ok. Thanks.

I'm confused though, as the files DO play on a MAC. They do not play on a PC only. I'm not sure why it's an issue with the file.

Thanks!

I'd begin by validating my HTML and CSS at https://validator.w3.org/ and https://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ respectively.
