Hi,

New guy here that doesn't know much about FTP!.

I found Filezilla through Hostmonster support. They had me download the program because I needed to upload two large files (350MB) to my wordpress site.

Did the whole process with them on the phone. Clicked and drag the file from local site to remote site in the /public_html folder. It says that the transfer was successful and I can see my files in the remote site window.

The problem is that now I can't find my files on my Wordpress site. I've looked in my media library (my transferred files are videos) and it's not there.

Anybody can give me a hand and tell me where I could find my files?

Could it be the wrong directory? Could it be that Wordpress needs to be told somehow that there are new files?

botg, probably or not!!!....I don't know enough to even check it up.

I will try to contact Wordpress support I guess
