I can't get a URL to work. I've done this a zillion times and am not sure why it's not working now. I believe there was an update yesterday or last week and not sure if that's related. I even rebooted my computer and changed the file name a few times.

Getting the error "This PDF Document might not be displayed correctly" and it doesn't open or download.
