You can sync whatever you want, but only manually (or semi-automatically, using the Directory Comparison feature).

FTP connection problems? Do yourself a favor and read Network Configuration.
All FileZilla products fully support IPv6. http://worldipv6launch.org

I'm a beginner. I'm just starting out with a filezilla adventure. Can you describe more exactly what semi-automatic synchronization looks like. I'm very excited for help.

Check out the View menu.

Directory comparison marks files with colors, according to the selected criterion (size or timestamp). Green=matching, Yellow=not matching, Red=missing.

And then there's Synchronized browsing. With a directory structure that's the same (or almost the same) between local and remote, you can navigate through either one and the other will follow.

Manual part is the actual transfers.
