Error 500

Hey there, I have a question and was wondering if anyone knew how to fix an error 500. We were trying to make a forum but for some reason, we ended up getting this message after a while and now our website hasn't worked in four days. I'm not a software developer by any means so I'm going to post what blue host has told me. They can also not fix it because it isn't WordPress.

If this can't be fixed, can we just delete the server and restart on filezilla?
