Failed Export

Hello,
Essentially what I'm trying to do is export "local files" to "remote files" which when done correctly would display on a website for customer's to pay amounts due.
So we have done the following:
Exported the balances due from a separate program, saved it as a file.
We see the file name in the "Local Files" when we sign in to File Zilla, we select it and drag it over to "Remote Files".
We have received confirmation that it was "exported" but when we go onto the website none of the information shows.

I don't know exactly what question's to ask, since I've never navigated through File Zilla before.

Please understand that we can only help you with issues transferring files. Transferring seems to have worked in this case.

What we cannot do is to help you with is which files to transfer, when and where to. Neither can we assist you with what happens to the files after they have been transferred.
