cancel a css page for WP SITE on file

hi I hope my english will be understandable !
I'm working with a site who need lot's of transformations and for the first one all the page witch have been made with article.
There is css page made and uploaded in FIlezilla. I don't need it so I would like to cancelled it. Sould I go for cancel it to wp content and cancelled all the Css ? does it will broke all my web site?
