Cant get my website deleted from Internet

Hi! I have done a mistake that makes me not able to renew my website. My website is out there on Internett, but I am not able to remove it to place it on the new server that the web hosting company demands. I think this happens because I used the link to www instead of public-ftp when transferring my website to Internet. This company (PRO ISP) has so far not undertood how to help me.
Is it possible to remove my website from www? I have no Idea how to get to it.
Is it in the old server that my company used, or is it out there in an old common server that no one has access to?
I hope someone can help me.
