No such file or directory error

When I was moving plugin to my WordPress using FileZilla get the red error. I think this is no such file or directory. It is because there is the folder in folder and FileZilla asking about something that does not exist. Should I make this folder in the folder by hand or FileZilla do it for me?

I have the same error when I am moving files for my private server of World of Warcraft called wow. This is very important for me because I sell wow items and do not want to lose my data. WoW is pretty nice game for trading virtual currencies because of huge loyal community.

This error is talking about no existing such file or directory in the sense of there is no directory on my server like directory on my desktop.
