Adding icons from a theme to the UI bar

Hi,
I use FZ for Mac (last version).
I haven't found the way to personalize the toolbar. I'd like to add some of the most useful icons from a theme to the toolbar, even because it lacks of the most useful at all (upload and download).
How can it be done?

I wonder, then, why on earth we see all the other icons in the themes if they are not used. It's funny...

I aswer myself: because they are in the contextual menus... very useful, really.
