Critical file transfer error

#1 Post by ppyoung37 » 2020-03-25 21:52

Hi, I am having issues with all my sites hosted with the same company. Not sure but I don't usually see STOR command used. I can go into cpanel (with the same credentials) and add files ..no problem. I have not changed anything and have not had an issue like this before. This happens with any folder or file for my domains with this host. Any ideas?

You need to contact the server administrator, as the server's physical storage is exhausted (disk full) and thus the FTP server software cannot store any more data.

That seems too obvious. I went through all of this with my hosting support. They told me since I could login via cPanel with the same user credentials that it was my FTP setup. I just threw it back to them.

Why would I be able to add files via cPanel?

Completely different service and protocol, completely different configuration. It might be a virtual disk limit after all (quota configured within your FTP server account).
