When I try to connect using 2.2.9 I got a box that pops up asking for a password for the "Keyboard-interactive Authentication". I don't know what that is and when I enter something, the box goes away but I'm not connected...
HELP!

If you haven't entered the password for that site in the bookmark, or there is no bookmark for this since and you're connecting manually, this box pops up if the server requires you to enter a password to log in. Simply enter the password.

I've tried just entering the pw but it doesn't connect...

Your server may have been sofring problems !!!
You shold confirm your actual password !
