Getting connected to server
I have filezilla up and running on laptop. It is resolving host name to IP address but then connection timing out. I am putting in 1. my web address minus www; 2. my server user name 3. my password. Have run wizard and now use external site for IP generation. Have also tried to connect without firewall but still I get time out, failure to connect. Am I missing something really obvious; a fatal first step error??? Any input welcomed; am trying to upload wordpress theme and just want to get going now. Thanks!
