When uploading Target file is 0 bytes, fails to upload fully

Hi,

Been using FZ fr a while now and it works fine on my laptop (ver 3.2.0). I have just installed a new PC on the same connection with the latest version but when I try to upload a file the Target File is detailing at 0 bytes when I approve an overwrite, then 0 bytes in the file list. All of the server settings are the same. Any ideas?
