Rename and Delete to Queue

The one thing that is keeping me from swithing from Bulletproof FTP to Filezilla is this (and maybe I just don't have Filezilla set up right):

When uploading to my live store, I like to delete an old tmp file, rename the live file to a tmp, and upload the new file. Bulletproof puts all of these actions into the queue. Then I can review before I start the process, hit Go and it's over. My down time is about a second.

In Filezilla, the delete and rename actions do not go into the queue. They just happen immediately which makes me rush to get the new file transferred and results in longer down times with more stress on me.

Is there a way to make rename and delete queue?
