Hi!
Is there something special I have to do in order to update my installation of your fine program?
Like, backing up files?
Or do I simply uninstall the old one and then install the new one?

You can install the new version over the old one, I do that on computers at work since 1.x versions without problems.
Of course you may want to export your settings just in case of

fillide's got it goin' on. Personally, I make a quick copy [CTRL+C, CTRL+V] of my FZ directory before extracting the binaries on top of the FZ install, JIC. When I am certain that the new version is good to go, I delete the copied directory.
