#1 Post by Koo534 » 2005-08-19 04:10

Well I have just activated an account on Fileburst.com I just wanted it to host files like music and images so that I could make my web pages cooler. But I am having trouble even knowing how to upload files onto it..and I have no clue on how to use this filezilla thing..can anyone help me with some instructions on this?

Thanks..

so you already have a website? and is it active ( homepage and such)
if so how were you uploading files to it before?

on this page in the upper left corner is "documentation" might want to download that?

you have to set up the "site manager first"
so click the leftmost icon and do it with the server name and user name and password

then if you can connect your files are on the left and the server is on the right side !
so you can navigate to your files and right click and upload" them
then you will see the Q and see the transfer rate and the file will also be on the left side (server side) and ready for access

you might or might not need passive mode?

if you get no connection then i would check your firewall/router settings!
i found this a while ago and might help some? ( it is for a different isp but most is true)
