Odd, try using a vanilla kernel, that's what I am using.

Still the same with vanilla kernel 2.6.30.5. I'm reverting to vsftpd 2.1.2 now.

The problem was caused by a regression in pasv_address support. This has been fixed in vsftpd 2.2.1.
