connection closes

Hello,

A friend of mine is trying to connect to my ftp server and gets on but right when it gets to LIST it disconnects and gives the following error.

Response: 425 Security: Bad IP connecting.
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
Response: 500 OOPS: close
Response: 500 OOPS: priv_sock_get_cmd
Error: Connection closed by server

I would also like to add that this is the only person I've seen get this error on my server I have lots of users on using filezilla client and this guy seems to be the only one having problems.

Any help appreciated.

Response: 425 Security: Bad IP connecting.

The user's IP seems to be banned from the server.
