Restore deleted files

Hi there,
Is there an way to restore delete files in Filezilla client? Have deleted a folder by mistake.

Local side: Should be in the recycle bin feature of your OS.
Remote site: Restore it from one of your frequent backups*.
*If you don't made a backup, you're S. O. L.
