How I can change the place for files

I want to remove all the files from the disk C: to the disk D:
When I do this, all the same after first launch Filezilla I notice the files on the path C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Roaming\FileZilla
How I can prevent this? I don't want leave for example the file sitemanager.xml on the disk C with all my passwords...

Have a look at fzdefaults.xml.example, it describes how to change the settings directory.
