Just ran a scan and found this:
Filename Diagnosis
C:\Program Files\Utils\FileZilla\uninstall.exe Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.acq
J:\Downloads\Filezilla\FileZilla_2_2_17_setup.exe Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.acq
I cleaned them, but I just downloaded this!
Trojan dropper

Where did you download? If you downloaded from the official sf.net mirrors, the files are clean.
In that case it's a false alarm, as virus scanners are kinda dumb. A perfect virus scanner is only a theoretical construct that can analyze the semantics of all given code and decide in O(n) (with n the code length) whether the data contains malware or not. But getting the semantics of some given code is an NP-hard problem.
