Hmm...
As far as I can tell, only login and file listings are encrypted with the FileZilla client?
Is there any way to enable it for all data transfers? If not, when will that be available?

filezilla can do sftp transfers AFAIK.

Not only the login and file listings are encrypted, the transfers are so as well.
