File does not resume download

Hi all,

I have been downloading a huge file(2.5Gb) from an ftp sites at regular intervals. Each time I used to resume the download from where it stopeed and I have reached 2.3Gb, but now filezilla fails to resume!
I was using an older version and thought of upgrading it just in case...
It's really curcial that I resume the current download else it will be a huge ask to download the whole thing again.

Are there any tricks or techniques to download the remaining part of a file?

Most likely your server does not fully support large files. Some logs might bring more clarity.
