Downloading application help needed

Dear Friends,

I've been stymied in my attempts to upload my first web page (personal only).

I have NVU but cannot get it to upload but once!

I saw this site and though I'b give FZ a try. But when I went to the download page I was stopped.

I'm not familar with how FZ is actually downloaded and installed on my PC.

I see all of these different files and it seems that all of them must be downloaded?

Is there some special procedures required to download and install FZ?
