newbie trying to transfer files

Trying to change hosts. Was exemplary hoster want godaddy. Downloaded files to my computer. Try ato access and get the following

have gone through changes at godaddy site with new FTP etc.

Did you accidentally download FileZilla Server instead of FileZilla?

You were right about server so I tried the other download and got to the login and received

That means your username and/or password isn't accepted by the server. Check for spelling errors and regard case.

Thank you for fast replies. Still problems. After I downloaded server in error I was allowed to change password etc. I have tried all combinations. Is the server download causing a problem? Where can I go to find the correct information to insert?
