Has anyone else noticed this? I've seen it a lot recently. I don't know if it's a change in a new version or because I'm using ftp now where it was always sftp before or something else entirely.
To get the toolbar back, you have to iconify and then deiconify FileZilla.
Can it be fixed?

Get a non-Intel graphics card. That fixes this problem.
Looks like it is either caused by Intel's drivers or a bug in Windows triggered by Intel's drivers.
